Julia Woodham has been practising yoga for over 30 years. During her career working in marketing and innovation, she qualified as a Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance in 2011 and as a Yoga Therapist in 2015 with Yogacampus. She is a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
She studied Physiology and Biochemistry at university and has always had a passion for science and medicine. Yoga Therapy combines her interest in yoga and medicine with her belief that we can all do more to keep our bodies fit and well.
In 2016, Julia completed a course with Mindfulness UK: Integrating Mindfulness & Compassion in Professional Practice, which is Foundation Degree Level and externally accredited by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB).
In 2018, Julia completed a Diploma in Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition with the Ayurveda Institute UK.
Julia skilfully blends Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness and Ayurveda to help improve the physical and mental wellbeing of her clients, according to their needs.
